      Raisons de la décision d"adjudication: Après évaluation des offres présentées, les soumissionnaires ont été jugé qualifiés et capables sur les plans financier et économique. De toutes les offres, c’est l"offre de l"adjudicataire qui a reçu le plus de points. Elle est ainsi la plus avantageuse économiquement dans son ensemble. L"offre de l’adjudicataire a surtout convaincu par sa très bonne évaluation au niveau de la qualité et de la plausibilité du programme des travaux avec les déroulements des travaux et par la qualité / le contenu des documents soumis.
