      L"évaluation de tous les critères d"attribution selon le cahier des charges (critères de qualité et prix) a réalisé le score global le plus élevé parmi les offres soumises.

      L"offre de la société EBP Suisse a convaincu, fondée sur les exigences annoncées avec un rapport qualité-prix attractif, une organisation de projet convaincante, une présentation complète des projets de référence et une description rigoureuse de la procédure de réalisation de l"étude.
