              Raisons de la décision d"adjudication: le marché pour le lot 1 a été adjugé aux 4 sociétés qui ont convaincu avec des projets de référence complets, transparents et bien documentés dans le domaine de la conception de l"interface utilisateur (UX design et user research). Décisif était la haute satisfaction des critères de qualité en combinaison avec des prix compétitifs.

              Indication des voies de recours: conformément à l’art. 30 LMP, la présente publication peut être attaquée dans un délai de 20 jours à compter de sa notification auprès du tribunal administratif fédéral, case postale 9023 Saint-Gall. Le mémoire de recours à présenter en 2 exemplaires, indiquera les conclusions, motifs et moyens de preuve et portera la signature de la partie recourante ou de son mandataire y seront jointes une copie de la présente publication et les pièces invoquées comme moyens de preuve, lorsqu"elles sont disponibles.

              Aucune quantité minimale n"est indiquée dans l"appel d"offres. Un concours sera organisé entre les adjudicataires en cas de besoin. Le volume des acquisitions ne dépassera pas le volume maximal de CHF 19 500 000 publié dans l"appel d"offres.
