      Begründung des Zuschlagentscheides: Nach Evaluation der eingegangenen Offerten wurden alle Anbieter als geeignet und als wirtschaftlich sowie finanziell leistungsfähig qualifiziert. Nach Beurteilung der Zuschlagskriterien erreichte der Zuschlagsempfänger die höchste Punktzahl aller Anbieter. Seine Offerte ist somit in ihrer Gesamtheit die wirtschaftlich günstigste. Die Offerte des Zuschlagsempfängers überzeugte nicht nur durch den günstigsten Preis, sondern auch durch eine gute bis sehr gute Bewertung des technischen Berichts und der Schlüsselpersonen.
