      Rechtsmittelbelehrung: 1. Gegen diesen Entscheid kann innerhalb von einer nicht erstreckbaren Frist von 10 Tagen seit Publikation beim Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Aargau, Obere Vorstadt 40, 5001 Aarau, Beschwerde geführt werden. 2. Die Beschwerdefrist ist von der Partei selbst oder von einer Anwältin bzw. einem Anwalt zu verfassen, welche(r) gemäß dem Bundesgesetz über die Freizügigkeit der Anwältinnen und Anwälte vom 23.6.2000 (Anwaltsgesetz, BGFA; SF 935.61) zur Vertretung von Parteien vor Gericht berechtigt ist. Die Beschwerdeschrift muss einen Antrag und eine Begründung enthalten, d. h. es ist a) anzugeben, wie das Verwaltungsgericht entscheiden soll. Und b) darzulegen, aus welchen Gründen diese andere Entscheidung verlangt wird. 3. Auf eine Beschwerde, welche den Anforderungen gemäß den Ziffern 1 und 2 nicht entspricht, wird nicht eingetreten. 4. Eine Kopie des angefochtenen Entscheides ist der Beschwerdefrist beizulegen. 5.
