      Begründung des Zuschlagsentscheides: Nach Beurteilung der Zuschlagskriterien erreichte der Zuschlagsempfänger die höchste Punktzahl aller geeigneten Anbieter. Seine Offerte ist somit in ihrer Gesamtheit die wirtschaftlich günstigste. Die Offerte des Zuschlagsempfängers überzeugte durch eine gute Bewertung über alle Zuschlagskriterien.
