      Begründung des Zuschlagsentscheides: Den Zuschlag erhält die Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften ZHAW, welche das Angebot mit der insgesamt höchsten Punktzahl eingereicht hat. Das Angebot der ZHAW war zwar nicht das preislich günstigste Angebot (ZK 1), konnte sich jedoch bei den restlichen Zuschlagskriterien (ZK 2-7) von den anderen Angeboten abheben. Besonders hervorzuheben sind hierbei die folgenden Punkte: ZK 2 (Beantwortung der Forschungs- und Detailfragen): Hier wurde klar nachvollziehbar beschrieben, wie die Hauptforschungsfrage sowie sämtliche Detailfragen beantwortet werden würden. ZK 4 (Wissenschaftliche Qualität des Studiendesigns) sowie ZK 7 (Anbieterpräsentation): Das vorgestellte Studiendesign überzeugte durch die Kombination von qualitativen und quantitativen Methoden, welche beide nachvollziehbar und zielführend eingesetzt werden.

      Bemerkungen zum Preis (Ziffer 3.2) – Grundauftrag: 190 900 CHF – Optionen: CHF 1 000 CHF. Alle Preisangaben exklusive Mehrwertsteuer.
