      Begründung des Zuschlagsentscheides: Den Zuschlag erhält die Berner Fachhochschule (Fachbereich Wirtschaft), welche das Angebot mit der insgesamt höchsten Punktzahl eingereicht hat. Das Angebot der Berner Fachhochschule war zwar nicht das preislich günstigste Angebot (ZK 1), konnte sich jedoch bei den restlichen Zuschlagskriterien (ZK 2-7) deutlich von den anderen Angeboten abheben. Besonders hervorzuheben sind hierbei die folgenden Zuschlagskriterien: ZK 2 (Beantwortung der Forschungs- und Detailfragen): Hier wurde klar nachvollziehbar beschrieben, wie die Hauptforschungsfrage sowie sämtliche Detailfragen beantwortet werden würden. ZK 4 (Wissenschaftliche Qualität des Studiendesigns): Das Studiendesign überzeugte durch seine strukturierte, solide und gleichzeitig innovative Herangehensweise. Die Methodik verspricht damit fundierte und gleichzeitig neuartige Erkenntnisse im Forschungsfeld.

      Bemerkungen zum Preis (Ziffer 3.2) – Grundauftrag: 173 700 CHF – Optionen: 800 CHF Alle Preisangaben exklusive Mehrwertsteuer.
