      Begründung des Zuschlagsentscheides: Aufgrund der Bewertung aller Zuschlagskriterien ist das Angebot im ersten Rang. Das Angebot zeigt im Rahmen der Aufgaben- und Risikoanalyse ein fundiertes Verständnis der auszuführenden Aufgaben und führt innovative, zielorientierte Lösungsansätze auf. Die Schlüsselpersonen, insbesondere der Projektleiter, erfüllen die hohen Anforderungen an das Projektteam. Die Referenzobjekte und die Referenzen der Schlüsselpersonen erfüllen die Kriterien sehr gut.
