Der Zuschlagsempfänger hat durch ein fachlich fundiertes Forschungskonzept (ZK 2), eine attraktive Preisofferte und einen klaren Forschungs- und Zeitplan überzeugt (ZK 4 und 6). Zudem ist Sottas formative works für das Projekt sehr gut qualifiziert (ZK 3 und 5).
